Founder
Philipp
Philipp founded IneedHelpwith to help others organizing their lives more efficiently. Within different roles and over almost 20 years of experience he has profound knowledge in various fields of day-to-day and professional life. He worked for international financial institutions, led, built up and restructured various non-profit associations in areas such as development associations, international aid, and youth organizations.
All his roles had something in common: solving individual and personal problems with sensitivity and care. He is highly service-oriented, but also pragmatic and focussed. In his professional career he worked for international financials institutions (mainly in the project development and project management field). He led various various non-profit associations in the areas of development association, international development aid and youth organisation. Besides that he has 2 young daughters.
We soon want to expand our team. If you have proven organizational skills, speak German, English (and ideally one further language) fluently, are based in Germany and have been living here for many years, have a high service orientation, replying to emails and phone calls swiftly doesn’t feel like a burden, and you’re interested in an exciting role with flexible working hours?

You will know exactly what we are doing for you and how much it costs
We generally charge on a per-minute basis. Our hourly rate is 125 EUR (incl. VAT, if applicable). Given our expertise, we ensure that tasks are processed in the most efficient way. This allows us to complete tasks much faster than you might be able to handle them yourself. For typical small errands, it often takes us only a few minutes to resolve them. For example, a task that takes just 7 minutes would only cost you 14.50 EUR. You will receive a weekly overview of the tasks we’ve completed and the time spent, and we usually invoice on a monthly basis.
